This site, omgitswicks.com, and its contact forms are operated by Gofer Content on behalf of OMGItsWicks. In this policy, "we" means Gofer Content. We keep it short because we collect very little, and we don't sell anything about you to anyone.
The only personal information we collect is what you type into one of the forms on this site — booking requests, media inquiries, story submissions, survival tips, city requests, and show waitlists. Depending on the form, that means your name, email address, and sometimes a phone number, plus whatever message you choose to send.
We don't make you create an account, and we don't run our own tracking or advertising systems on this site.
We use what you send only to reply to you and to handle your request — for example, booking a show, answering a media question, or texting you when a sold-out venue announces a new date. If you submit a Florida story or survival tip and check the box giving permission, Wicks may share it on his social media.
When you submit a form, we collect it using Formspree, a form-processing tool we use to receive and manage submissions. A copy is also sent to the OMGItsWicks team so they can respond to bookings and fan messages. You can read Formspree's privacy practices at formspree.io.
This site also embeds content from Facebook and YouTube (the feed and video clips), and links out to the merch store on Spreadshop. When those load or you click through, those companies may receive information such as your IP address and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies. We don't control that.
We keep form submissions in our email for as long as we need them to handle your request and our records. If you'd like yours deleted, just ask.

Shows are family-friendly, but this website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
